The Steelers released LB Larry Foote today.
Foote wanted more playing time. Timmons is ready to start now anyway. I like Foote, but he's like my stained undies, replaceable.
Although it's somewhat shocking since it comes just after the draft and we could've drafted Maualuga if we'd have known this would come about.
Although this will free up some cap room and could be beneficial in the long run.
