Andrew McCutchen had a better major league debut than Matt Weiters did with the Orioles. His line for the day 2 for 4 with three runs, a walk, an RBI and a stolen base.
Welcome to yet another self-absorbed, "hey look at me, I have a blog", online blog. Specifically here, we write about Pittsburgh sports, and yes, Penn State counts.
You can expect hastily thrown together stories, game and news recaps, idiotic opinions, random rants, and just a generality of things that may not make much sense from time to time.
We encourage you to check back often and to have some fun with us and, most importantly, at our expense.
Lastly, If you don't know the reference in the blog's title, then shame on you, please self nutpunch yourself, then click here to read all about he who it's named after.
The only thing we lose with McCutch is homers, and that's not all that big with everything else he can bring to the table.
ReplyDeleteWe lose a little bit of RBI production simply because McCutch bats leadoff and Nate hit third.
Otherwise, are we really that worse off?
McCutch could easily have a better OBP, BA, and score more runs than Nate.
