Staal and Malkin party through the night...
Stop me if you've heard this one:
Pens win, Pirates lose.
Ya take the good, ya take the bad, ya take em both and there ya have the facts of life. Right Blair?
So we'll start with the bad and get that out of the way.
- The Pirates are currently sucking hind tit. A 10-1 loss yesterday, where our only run scored was on a solo shot from our pitcher, has the Pirates losers of 11 of 12.
- Yet somehow there's no sense of panic. It's almost as if Ray Nagin is speaking if that's the case.
- Like finding a skinny woman at a Weight Watchers seminar, there's a sliver of good Pirates' news, the new DR campaign is off and running.
-And now to the good, the Pens, Staal gets off the schnide and Malkin scores the OT winner as the Pens beat the Caps to put them on the brink of suicide.
- Wonderful game recap and pics here. Caps fans can't even spell correctly when they try to lamely taunt Crosby. How about some new and original material...
- Starkey has a man-crush on Malkin.
- Malkin's interviews are great. But hey, he's gotten a lot better from taking classes.
- The NHL gave the Pens a big middle finger in the kneegate saga.
- But, not to piss in everyone's Cheerios, but the series isn't over yet. The Caps have been here before. Although I have a message for the Caps at 1:33 here.
