- Well, the Pirates did in fact lose again yesterday and have now lost 9 of 10. The bats are cold as ice, summed up nicely here: "The heart of the Pirates' lineup went 0-for-16 against the Cardinals on Thursday afternoon."
- The Buccos played a lineup yesterday that would make the construction workers in 'Major League' say, "Who are these f'n guys?"
- The Pirates reacted to Manny's suspension. Can we please get the Pirates on roids to help level the playing field?
Ok, now that the suffering is out of the way, let's build up to tonight's Pens game against Ovechkin.
- The Pens have been forcing the action in the first 3 games. The floodgates have to open up at some point.
- The Pens also look to control the puck more again.
- Caps throwing all sorts of complaints against the wall to see what sticks.
- And a word about the bullshit that is playing back to back games in the playoffs. Seems that it's all Yanni's fault, as are most things in my life.
